CANCELLATION POLICY

General Congress Registration Cancellation and Refund policy (for congress fee only).

 

Early bird Congress participant registration fee is payable in full after the Invoice is issued (+7 days Invoice due date) based on the registration until the Early Bird breakpoint. After the Break point standard registration fee is applied.

 

Cancellation until 31 October 2024:

75% refund of the total registration fee.

Cancellation until 31 December 2024:

50% refund of the total registration fee.

​

Cancellation on or after 1 January 2025:

No refund.

 

In case of Registration fee general Congress Cancellation and Refund policy is applied.
