Discover the natural beauty and rare wildlife of West Bali National Park, home to the endangered Bali Starling. This expansive park, located on the Prapat Agung Peninsula at the northwestern tip of Bali, is a haven for nature lovers. Its pristine waters, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse ecosystems ranging from dense mangrove forests to dry savannahs, offer a unique blend of tropical and Mediterranean-like landscapes.

​

As you explore the park, you'll encounter an array of wildlife, including Menjangan deer, macaques, the rare Balinese black monkey, wild boar, monitor lizards, and over 160 species of birds. Among these, the Bali Starling stands out as a symbol of conservation efforts on the island.

Intinerary:​​

  • 03:00 AM: Departure from your hotel in the Sanur area, heading directly to West Bali.

  • 06:00 AM: Arrive at West Bali National Park. Meet your guide who will lead you to the prime spot for observing the Bali Starling as they awaken and begin their day. Following this, continue your exploration of the park, encountering various other bird species until midday.

  • 11:00 - 11:30 AM: Break for lunch.

  • 01:30 PM: Resume birdwatching at different locations within the park.

  • 05:30 PM: Conclude your birdwatching experience and begin the drive back.
